I am desperate for some Maggi (or similar) noodles, but I have no idea if any are vegan. Its funny, I never wanted them before I went veg! I have had a look at the ingredients of a few but am a bit confused, and I know that the obvious ones wouldn't be, like chicken/beef, but does anyone know of any that are?
I think original are vegan. Don't quote me on this but I'm sure someone here said they were.
I make my own. I buy bulk noodles (found in the Asian aisle in Woolies/Coles) and add my own flavouring - soy sauce, chili, garlic, whatever I feel like.
I have had the home brand ones, they're ok, but I cant find if they are outsourced from an evil comapny of if coles make them themselves?
Most of Coles/Woolies products are made at the same place as other things, just have a different label slapped on them. This doesn't go for all products, but a few.
Mi goreng is vegan!
I thought they might not be because
of one of the flavourings but I emailed them and they sent me a certificate saying that they do not contain animal / by products

Weird cos everyone here says they are not... and contain animal by-products.

I think they are vegan but have palm oil, I'm not entirely sure.
