I've become vegetarian just recently [after convincing my 'rents to let me...] and lately I've been feeling really happy and thinking clearer...
Would that be because I haven't been eating meat? Or because I'm happy that I'm helping to save the world? Or because school starts back tomorrow? lol.
Ive certainly been feeling better about myself after going vego... buuuut.. Knowing what i do about the meat industry and just what the people i care for are taking part in is doing my head in! I feel so down and stressed out sometimes when i think about what my loved ones are doing... I know i just need to chill out and focus on whats good but.. not so easy >.<
