Hey guys

I have just joined and have just gone vegetarian. I have seen quite a few posts about vegetarian recipes just wondering if people had other sites they use with really nice vegetarian recipes?

thanks

Here are the vegan food-based blogs that I read - many of these have amazing back-logs and are easy to search.  Blogs are great for random ideas as well as recipes.  It's amazing how often, while reading a blog post about a meal, you think 'wow, I had never even thought of putting x with y, but that sounds delicious and I would do it like this...'

So: here is the list!
Vegan Dad: http://vegandad.blogspot.com/
Manifest Vegan: http://www.manifestvegan.com/
BitterSweet: http://bittersweetblog.wordpress.com/
Seitan is my Motor: http://seitanismymotor.com/
Chloe Coscarelli: http://chefchloeblog.weebly.com/
The Year of the Vegan: http://veganyear.blogspot.com/
Vegan on $10 a Day (or less): http://veganon10.blogspot.com/
And my shameless plug, my own blog The Thoughtful Kitchen: http://thoughtfulkitchen.wordpress.com/

Of course there is also Vegan Easy (http://veganeasy.org/) that has HEAPS of amazing recipes, under the 'food' tab.

You will find a metric ton of great recipes and sites by googling 'vegan' or 'vegetarian' recipes (or something like 'lentil vegan food' or 'vegetarian tofu recipe')

Good luck!  Veg*n cooking is amazing, fun, exciting and best of all - it's easy (and you won't end up in hospital for under cooking legumes!)

Awesome - thank you so much. I have just found a stack of great recipes but this will really help. I think it is going to be a little challenging for me in the beginning but all of this food looks so good - I am really excited!!!
