HeY! I have just set up a campaign at my school on factory farming, but the fundraising date is only for one day. I'm wondering if anyone has any BIG ideas to ATTRACT attention? I was thinking a costume, but maybe that's just being silly, is it? laugh laugh laugh laugh

Iknida mean to ATTRACT attention. Like if your walking throughthe school and you see this mob of kids with poster and badges, does that attract attention?

Maybe a video projector for digital/visual media on the subject? Give people facts and figures... you need to shock them into noticing!
Red paint and costumes sound alright too.
Definitely food!!! Cupcakes are great.... people LURVE cupcakes! Maybe they aren't interested in what you're saying, but if they come up for a cupcake they'll have to see something or hear something about what you're saying =)
Make sure you research every aspect of your project because you'll get lots and lots of questions, you might even get criticism, so you must be cool, calm and ready for anything.

Hope that helps! Good luck with it all =)

You could always sell cupcakes as a way to fundraise, even if they're not listening to you or caring, they may buy cupcakes... so keep your options open... people may not be so receptive to visual, written or oral ... so be prepared with treats and sweets =D
