My stir frys aren't that exciting usually, unless I can be bothered. But mushrooms, snow peas, carrot, broccoli and celery are a must.

I just finished off a bowl of stir fry yummo!!

I had broccoli, bean sprouts, grated zucchini and carrot, mock duck (new ingredient, usually I use tofu), hoisin sauce and noooooodles! I use vermicelli. Oh & sesame seeds!

Green beans or snowpeas go well too... I just didn't have any sad

Stir fries are good when you want to clean out all the veges in your fridge! Just cut it up, throw it in a pan, and tah-dah!

ah yes, for something different, stir fry ALOT of veggies (in particular asian veggies) such as bok choy, carrot, bean sprouts, oyster mushrooms, shallots and cubes of tofu. Then put them in a bowl, add a tablespoon of miso paste (easily obtained from an asian grocer) and some boiling water for yummm miso soup.

I love my wok!

I use onion, garlic, mushroom, beans, brocholli, baby corn, vegetarian oyster sauce and some kind of substitute like Lamyong mushroom chunks, tempeh or tvp.
