Vegan Cookbooks

I'm looking for one too!!!!!!!

The Veganomicon.  It's the book I use the most as it has a bit of everything in it.

However - my favorite is The Vegan Table.

I really like Vegan Yum Yum by Lauren Ulm, you can find some of her recipes on the website but the book is great and fairly inexpensive. Lots of photographs too if that’s of interest, it’s rare to get any in a veg cookbook without paying heaps!
The mac n cheese and doughnuts are especially yummy

My all-time fav is "Vegan Cooking for Health & Happiness" by Amanda Quinn and Diipali Lilburne.

I just found this vegan dessert cookbook online http://www.areyousurethatsvegan.com/

I've never tried it, but it looks alright... has anyone used this book before?
I'm thinking about getting it, but I'm unsure about those type of sites... if I see it elsewhere, then maybe.

Vegan With A Vengeance
I recently bought that one. It's pretty cool. It's by Ira from the Post Punk Kitchen website (www.theppk.com)
