No chance in hell they will do it. Most people would till eat meat anyways. But I still love the idea dont get me wrong, I just can't see them doing it.
I know. Esp with the way our economy is going *rolls eyes*
Unless we have some mass excuse. Dont people not eat meat on Good Friday or something?
And i've actually heard that its being considered in the UK... one day a week where meat is ostrasized.

Good Friday is the best red meat free day ever! (probably because it is the only red meat free day, lol) but that's really only for religious people.
And are they really? Well that's a start.

Yeh, but I think they eat fish. not 100% sure though.

They have a day in a city in Belgium where they exclude meat from their diet on one day... but I'm not sure how much their economy relies on agribusiness.
I mean, you get crucified by the meat industry when you bring up the idea of leaving lamb off your plate on Australia day.

Oh my god I hate that! And that guy that says "If you don't eat lamb, go back where you came from" on those ads around australia day. So we can't be australian and vegetarian? What a dick. It's just racism disguised as "aussie pride". I'm not proud to be australian if it means I'm pressured to eat rotting flesh. Ugh..
