Esky has been spared the death sentence, but , a prime example of the wonderfully enlightened thinking of our bureaucrats here in SA - Esky has been taken from the family who love and care for him, and live on several thousand acres of land, to a suburban backyard in Melbourne!

It's cruel and senseless! Please sign the NEW petition -

Change the policy on dingo and dingo cross ownership in South Australia

Please spread far and wide - only 126 signatures so far....

Esky was taken away (and had originally been scheduled to be killed) not because he had harmed a child or other animal, but for the simple reason that he was a dingo cross - not a problem in Victoria,or anywhere else, but for some strange reason, verboten here in backward SA.

He was desexed, microchipped, and obedience trained, and  his family  here live on several thousand acres, but the powers-that-be have ordained that because he 's part-dingo he's not allowed to live with them, but he's fine in a suburban backyard over the border in Melbourne - go figure!

The petition is to change the policy on dingo and dingo cross ownership in SA.

To see  a picture of this beautiful family pet, and read  people's opinions  of this debacle, here is the article I posted on Care2 for the first petition, to save him from the death sentence.
