I had a glance over the packaging of these, they have the vegetarian stamp but not the vegan stamp, which was a bit of a worry.

Can any clarify whether or not they are Vegan and why not?

Also, are there any good breakfast cereals that are a high source of good stuff?

I dunno about your biscuits, but I usually have Special K every day for breakfast. It's a bit bland, but with vanilla So Good it tastes...so good.

I don't eat cereal so not too sure.... I was surprised to just learn coco pops is vegan! Who would have thought! You just need to read the labels. Some companies will state they are vegetarian, but not vegan (due to contamination processing). I still eat those products so long as I don't see any animal products listed in the ingredients.

But, Muesli is probably the healthiest though happy
