So, I know you need Beans/peas/lentils to replace the protein in meat but is there anything else. Like certain foods that I should eat so I still get all the protein/iron/nutrition etc that I need.

b12... is very important or your nervous system will shut down and you will die.. sanitarium chocolate soy milk it tastes great and a good source of calcium and b12
