i cooked it untill it was brown,the inside was still white and watery and mushy. what on earth am i doing wrong? D:
did you get cheap tofu from the supermarket? That can do that.. mum reckons the majority of tofu in supermarkets is cheap crap, you need to get it from a local farmer market thing the equivalent of Adelaide central market. That could be it
