Camel Rides Are Cruel!!!!!

I went to a festival Yesterday and it had Camel Rides. The Camels (3 camels) were all tied together and being lead around on a rope. The first camel had a big ring pierced into it's nose and was being lead around by a man. So when the camel slows down the man pulls on the rope (which is attached to the nose ring) and it hurts the camels poor nose! So next time you go to a festival, don't pay for a cruel camel ride!

I was made to ride one by my parents when I was little... and morbidly afraid of heights. I hated it. I had no idea about the nose rings though. =( I always assumed it to be cruel by the way that they were tied so closely to one another. They hardly had room to move, and when the one I was riding (at the BACK of the line) tried to push in front, all of them were dragged around. =(

I have ridden a camel once (many years ago) and it spat at me! Serves me right.

Iv been on a camel ride before, i didn't think it was cruel. (long time ago)
but they are not ours to use and abuse. id rather them be free not being forced to give rides.
