World Animal Day @ Edgar's Mission

Just got home from Edgar's Mission! It was really good, gorgeous weather and quite a few people!! The animals were all so friendly and cute and the food was awesome!!!

Anyone know what sausages they were cooking coz they are pretty much the first vegan sausage i've actually liked!! The burger was yum too (bf didn't like it coz it was full of veggies lol) I wanted to try one of the pies so badly but I was way too full.

Was awesome seeing a few stalls around and I can't wait until World Vegan Day, it must be like that but way bigger!!

I bought some Unleashed wrist bands from the Animals Australia stall.

There were a few people wearing AA or Unleashed shirts which was cool.

i had my AA shirt on I also got some vegan mayo..some of the Cheezely stuff, lollies without geletin, and a badge!
I wanted to buy so much.
Also, those sausages were goooooooood, i had 2

I was so mad at myself for not buying all that stuff! I was looking at it and got excited to see it, but then forgot to come back and buy anything after I walked off to eat lunch. I think I was overwhelmed because on the way home I was like "doh, should have taken photos of this..and should have bought that... " Wanted to go back. Oh well, on World Vegan Day I will stock up on goodies!!

The sausages WERE good!! I asked them what sausages they were and they said vegan perfection donated them, so they must be one of the redwood sausages I guess.

I'm glad to hear the day went well, I wish I could have been there.
I have gone there once and occasionally donate to them as it is such an awesome place, it would be great to be able to help them out on volunteer days and stuff but unfortunately I have no way of getting there.
