Lately i've been so flat out with filling all my spare time trying to catch up with assignments, I haven't had time for exercising and cooking decent dinners. Oven fries and something easy. >.<
Oh, and I'm lazy and only really have my health kicks during high motivated times
I am motivated by the Vegan Stereotype thread. Not that I want to be pale and skinny and perpetuate the small-minded folks negative view of vegans - I just don't want to be overweight anymore.
I haven't been vegan for very long, so my excess weight is omnivore-me's doing. I would like to lose at least 6kg by Christmas, which would bring be back into the normal weight category.
Then I would like to lose 5-10kg more just for vanities sake :p
So who is with me?
Today I was bad. Red Rock deli plain chips, pasta and so good ice cream for dinner. Along with three glasses of wine. Naughty Naughty. Veggie stir-fry tomorrow, no excuses!

6kg is reasonable you should aim for about 1kg a week.

You can definately count me and Laura in as well...since going vegan about 2 months ago we have found all the vegan junk foods and where to get them!!!
Well I know a few people are from Vic on this forum so if you guys want to go for some walks in the city sometime and do a bit of leafleting too that would be really good in aiding our weightloss goals.
