S THE AD I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE OTHER DAY!!! GAHH!!! I wanted to smash the LCD when I first saw this ad, they called us extreme for one, which is uncalled for! Also, they literally SAY what things we're fighting off... and completely ignore it by saying 100,000 jobs lost in a louder tone.
I think this might be another case of human rights over animal rights for these people... makes me sick.
Sorry if you had already posted something about this .
I was just so annoyed had to tell people how disturbing it is and that there are peope like in my home town that will watch it and agree with it .

There was another thread the other day about ads that make us angry/happy and I was talking about this ad, good to know I'm not the only one who spotted this as really wrong!!
But yeah, in my town a lot of people would agree with this too... particularly because there has been a great deal of unenployment lately and you can imagine how panicky people get when they are faced with the possibility of unenployment. :/
Yeah Im lucky I dont Live their anymore . My family are still there and pointed it out to me. I was always so frustrated with peoples attitude toward animals in the country. Out of curiosity can I ask what area you are from seen as you are in Victoria? lol
Good to see that even the Sex Party bet them in the upper house.
They have comment filtering on the YouTube video. I don't think they'll approve my comment questioning how far their desire to shoot living beings extends (I sarcastically suggested koalas, their dog or other humans as a suitable alternative if duck hunting is banned), amongst other things. Interestingly enough though, they approved a comment by someone else that opposed their point of view, but came across as a crazy rant saying no one cares about farmers. Tis a shame
