Yes I take a B complex once a day
2. If so how many micrograms and how often?
There's 5mg in the daily tablets. I also sometimes eat fortified foods but not incessantly
3. Have you ever had your vitamin B12 tested?
Yes
4. If so what was the result?
At my first test about 6 months after being vegan my B12 was borderline, with supplementation it is now normal.
5. Do you intentionally eat vitamin B12 fortified foods?
Nope, not really. My soymilk is Bonsoy and as far as I know that's B12 free
