Hey guys!

I'm back on here from a break that went for way too long! How are we all?! cool

I know a few of us on here have finished school recently, and I just wanted to hear out what your guys's plans are, and what you're going to be doing with yourselves for the next few years in terms of tertiary education?

So, where did you guys end up? What are you studying? Are you looking forward to it/enjoying it?

Also, what's your institution like in regard to animal rights? Are there any groups/clubs/collectives set up etc? If you're already at uni, have you perhaps thought about setting one up yourself, and getting involved in one?

ps. this isn't limited to just former year twelves! I wanna hear from everyone! You guys already at uni, you guys in high school (what you're wanting to study/do with your life?) and you guys that have finished!

Im in year twelve this year, but i really want to go to University of Sydney and study Korean/Psychology or some other behavioural science.

Studying Zoology AT University of New England by distance, This is my second semester. its a great course and so far I havent found anything that is similar.

The science departments are great and theres a big emphasis on conservation and wildlife.

I am starting a bachelor of arts at Monash happy

Not really sure what the animal rights scene is like there yet.....I know they have Wholefoods there though! So I am definitely excited for some yummy vego food while on campus! I will be checking out the different clubs and societies during o week. Hopefully there is an animal rights club happy

I attend curtin university in Perth Western Australia, ARA (Animal Rights Advocate.) has organised a group/information in the Uni and I have subscribed to them, so I assume your future uni that you will study in will most likely have a vegan organisation.

In my brain: Wholefoods = super-massive vegan cake addiction. They also sell the Sweet William bars if you ever need a quick chocolate fix. WF is super-cheap and has a bucketload of awesome vegan food (included amazing garlic bread!)
Frank and Lily's (the asian supermarket across from Meeting Point) also have heaps of veg*n food, so it's worth checking them out as well.
I did a BA(Hons) and an MA at Monash.

I'm currently doing a PhD at King's College, London. There is quite a large animal rights group here, but I sadly don't have the time to really get too involved.

I'm currently studying Animal Care then going into Vet Nursing to get enough credentials to get into Wildlife Conservation in Monarch. I'm really excited to get my career on the right path happy

UNSW and University of Sydney have huge animal rights groups going in their Uni but I'm not too sure with Monarch as I'm not a Melbourne girl, does anyone know?
