I contacted The Vegan Society and have their backing, and am now looking at getting this underway.
Initially, I am looking at getting names and contact details for people who are interested in a) forming part of the committee, and / or b) becoming a member.
For those who are interested in forming part of the committee, could you let me know the area that you would be interested in helping out in, for example: treasurer, press, food, animal rights, etc etc.
If you could let me know days and times that are convenient for you too, as I will be arranging an initial meeting for the committee...aiming for just after Easter.

I'm interested! I'm based in Tasmania at the moment but will probably be moving back to WA in a few months time! Awesome to hear about vegan happenings in that state! I'll get in touch soon too.
