P.S Although I'm not a vego yet, I've started to try Vegetarian foods more often, and there are just so many things out there! I'm trying so many things!

A good quality organic tofu has a mild egg-like soy taste, IMO.
It's very versatile and can be made into savory or sweet dishes. btw, we need a dancing block of tofu on here.
*cue horror music* since being veg, I have opened up to having capsicum in some of my meals... it can actually be edible in some meals!

did you know at most asian food places, including places like wok in a box... you can get any meal off the menu, and replace the meat with tofu?
