and last night I had packet mix of indian curry and banana rolls for dessert.
Today I'm having hot chips and an avocado. Two of the most simple yet most delicious things I've ever known!
A hot chips and peas pack and a crumbed pineapple or potato fritter usually go down well. But I get it from a chicken shop near the school and I feel bad supporting such a business. Once I finish here I won't give them my money any more c:
Breakfast - Toast with avocado and baked beans
Lunch - Cashew, Brazil nut and almond butter Sandwich
Dinner - Leftover pizza (tomato, artichoke, capsicum, garlic, basil, spinach leaf, onion and zucchini.
Snacks through the day.. watermelon, orange, pineapple, mint and ginger juice and pistachio nuts... some yummy choccy so-good icecream and the odd coffee.
I run a vegetarian/vegan food blog which you can check out if you like: http://almondmilkk.tumblr.com
There's tons of photos if you want new ideas. Some pics even have links to the recipes.
There's also a vegan tag if you look under the "TAGS" link, if you want to narrow it down.
