Tonight I'm making roast vegetable lasagne with a vegetarian 'meat' sauce, and bechamel sauce. Yum happy

Parents are having fish and chips so i'm just piggybacking on chips and a potato cake. ............. so healthy!! I need to get out of my cooking slump!!!

i'm still stuffed from lunch so probably no dinner for me.
for lunch i made an amaziiiiing vegan shepherds pie and a berry/oreo vegan cheesecake!

Well i'm feeling gross from chips.. and chips..... and junk. Hoping for a stiir fry tonight, lots of veggies, tofu.. chilli .. yum happy

It was so yum. I just had leftovers for lunch which tasted even better because the lasagne sheets have soaked up all the flavour! My uncle had some too and he said he would go vegetarian for that lasagne lol http://the-vegesaurus.blogspot.com/2011/09/vegetable-lasagne.html
