What to do in melbourne?

Darth vegan and myself will be venturing over to melbourne later this month..

Weve never been there and id love to know what there is to do and see there..and eat? tongue (i know theres LOTF and were definatly going there ecstatic )

If anyone could help me out, id really appreciate it! ^_^ Thanks ecstatic

Depends on what you like and how old you arelol. Shops,footy , M9 Laser Wars, Crown Casino, Aquarium, Luna Park and many more...
luna park? how good is it there? i went to luna park in sydney when i was a kid, but it was nothing compared to wonderland!

Luna Park in Sydney is far better than the one in Melbourne, but either way I'm not a fan of theme parks.

I'd say, La Panella (for vegan donuts), Trippy Taco (for deliciious mexican) and Plush Pizza (for well uh.. pizza), would be my pick of vegan food in Melbourne that's pretty different to what you find interstate.
If you're into coffee, maybe go to Seven Seeds or BBB's. Ummm. If you're into records go to Missing Link or Round and Round. Minotaur in the city (among other places) for comics. Royal botanic gardens is great for walks/picnics.
That's stuff I like in Melbourne.. and would recommend to visitors.

VNV has a list of veg restaurants here:

Places like Smith St in Collingwood have heaps of restaurants that serve good vegan food. I would try Lentils as Anything in Abbotsford too, it's in a really nice setting and you can pay as much or as little as you like.
