Its just a fun day, I think its a brilliant idea because its unique and friendly. But yeah don't forget people, there are still people who dislike activists, thats why if you are going out to like a city or something I plead that you take others with you. I've handed out flyers many times before, and seriously a guy was going to bash me just for giving him one. People are strange like that and you could get insulted (more than likely) but if you take friends, then who cares what those people say FREE HUGS MAN! Its a great way to meet new people ..and a good way to flirt ;D hahaha
It's strange with some guys. I think the majority really, really, really despise leaflets or something. 8/10 guys i offer a leaflet don't want it; 8/10 girls i offer a leaflet do want it.

I think its a "Im a macho meat eater" thing, like.. I can't be tough without eating dead things. Its quite silly, but if you don't try and preach it and use some charm, usually you get nice responses.. but you get the one psycho every so often.

even in some things i've read on leafleting, they say to target girls in their late teens/early twenties. apparently there more compassionate or something.

Also, going into Hungry Jacks with a leaflet against Hungry Jacks and giving them to the people eating works xD
Um what else has worked..Oh I have a kitty jacket, I wear that and get some interest.
I dunno you just have to be unique, people get annoyed with flyers around the city..I do too..but if someone grabs my attention Im like well hell yeah!
Its our feminine side haha, most men seem to hide those emotions that get to the heart, but ofcourse some do care.
