I am trying to convert to the no meat diet! but last time I did it I didn't know what to substitute meat with and I got quite sick, so does anyone know a good site to get my substitutions for meat for? Would be a real big help!
You should be able to get all the vitamins you need from eating a varied diet filled with vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, soy, nuts etc...
