Are Mushrooms really the meat for vegetarians?

the woird meat originally referred to anything that had a fleshy texture and was used to described vegetable flesh, fruit flesh, etc.

Why not take the word back and use it how it's meant to be used?

You're right. I forgot about that. Mince Pies that you see around Christmas are made of fruit, yet the jars of fruit mince on the shelves are labeled "Mince Meat". But even so I think the word is too inextricably linked to animal flesh to be rehabilitated.

if u dont like it or you think you dont have enough iron, you can also take the iron tablets...

A healthy balanced diet can also take care of thatlol
Best to get a blood test before taking anything. I took iron tabs as vegetarian as my iron levels were low (but I ate poorly). When I became vegan I ate healthy and my iron levels were way too high when on the tabs. Now they're good happy

All my blood levels are really healthy , so Im delighted.
