Are Mushrooms really the meat for vegetarians?

mushrooms aren't actually vegetables and are not apart of the plant kingdom. Like yeast, there are fungi which is a whole entire kingdom of its own.
the important thing however is they're vegie however they will always remind me of fairies and super mario

its epic i have WAY HIGHER levels of IRON AND PROTIEN than my mum and sis who both have decomposing animal flesh in their tummys

I thinks also because of its medium. It feels a tiny bit like meat i geuss and you can cook it like meat.

Every Vegan should include mushrooms. I think it depends on how they are grown but they contain b12 happy I couldn't live without mushrooms.

Completely untrue. I suggest you read up on this topic.
Actually she's correct - there's only trace amounts of iron in mushrooms if any at all (it obviously depends on production, mushroom variety, etc.). Best sources of iron outside of meat are dark greens such as silverbeet, legumes and nuts.

At most around 4% RDI per serving. I wouldn't recommend relying on that alone.
