I agree with everything Aaron said. Also keep in mind the Australian cattle have been spared the trip to Indonesia itself, which is bound to be anything but a 5 star cruise.
The story on Four Corners has gotten so much attention, I find it hard to believe other countries won't look at their own live export practices, especially if we end up banning it for good. It's setting a good example.

I agree with this. By (temporarily) banning live exports to Indonesia, more and more people will become aware of it (as well as thinking about meat after seeing Four Corners).
Indonesia claims that they're being discriminated against because there are other countries with similar welfare issues that are currently not under further scrutiny. Oh, poor you Indonesia. Life your game.

Because the issue isn't with humane slaughter houses is it? The problem is with the people doing the wrong thing, and those places were shown for what they are. People can make up their own minds on how they feel about what they saw. And 200,000 Australians were disgusted. Farmers are only upset because this will effect their wallet. Too bad.

I have the hardest time understanding why people who believe the complete opposite of what this website is about is on here.. Why are you here? To spread the word of your side? Im pretty sure everything you say everyones heard before- so no one is going to be persuaded to think your right.. I dont know what your attempting to do, or why your doing it..
