frustration!

why do people get frustrated with vegetarians/vegans?

I've been vegan for not even 7 months, and I completely understand how omnis see it. They see it as food. That's it. Nothing else. Meat is food.
Same with vegans, vegetables are food. We don't really think about where it came from. It's just food to us, where it came from, the process it went through to get from the plantation to the supermarket is irrelevant.
However, the difference between an omni and a vegan is that an omni knows and is fully aware that something died and suffered to be their food, and yet they accept it.
Nothing died for a vegan's food. And that's why I don't like omnis, because death is nothing to them. They think murdering an animal for them to eat is okay. And that's wrong.

Yes, they know it's an animal.. But they arnt shown RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACE what happened to it and anything like that. NO ONE i know actually thinks about it at all, even though they know it's an animal- its never mentioned. Bacon, is bacon- its not a pig to them. Kinda get what im saying? All the names for the meats really divert peoples thoughts of what it is.. And it's not neceserally their fault, people need to relax and not be so hard on people it makes me want nothing to do with animal activists and what not, because they're so god damn pushy

This is something I've never understood: Everyone always assumes and says "VEGANS ARE SO PUSHY LIEK OMG GUISSE" but no one ever cares about how pushy meat eaters are every single day. It goes both ways, stop only blaming Vegans.
