I really need cheaper cruelty free makeup brands you can  buy at chemists and normal places like myer djs etc. i know about innoxia & natio so please don't list those companies happy
i've heard bojoris is not tested on animals and some of their stuff looks REALLY REALLY good!
mac also doesn't but i don't really want to fork out 50 dollars for something i might not like....

i need some good waterproof mascara !!!

i'm not sure it's still 100% true, but Australis and Face Of Australia don't animal test C:
and I emailed Australis a few months ago about their mineral powder foundation & lash magnitude mascara, and was told they do not contain any animal ingredients.
actually, here's what they sent me:
"Thank-you for your interest in Australis Cosmetics.
We do not test on animals nor do any of our suppliers. This is part of our mantra and we will continue to stick to it.
The Mineral Purity Powder and Lash Magnitude do not contain any animal ingredients."

Natio are pretty cheap, and their make up can be bought in stores. They're not tested on animals.

They definitely don't test, but a few of their products might contain animal products, you just have to look them up.

ALMAY. i also read somewhere that they have no animal products. ill find it.

Does ALMAY test on animals?
No. ALMAY relies on the judgment of pharmacological, toxicological and medical experts. We use non-animal alternative test methods as well as the safety histories of formulations and ingredients to determine product safety.

Are any ALMAY Pure BlendsTM products certified organic?
ALMAY Pure BlendsTM products contain over 95% natural ingredients that deliver the same product attributes as organic products.
