Can't Upload Photos

hey im having the same problem too

i just uploaded a few photos just then. try again now

I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading your pics. if you are sure they are less than 1MB in size and the right file format, ie: JPG/GIF or PNG then please try:

1. Uploading them again, our media server could have been offline temporarily when you were trying before.

2. Check your browser, the files should upload fine if you are using Firefox 3+, Internet Explorer 7+, Safari or Chrome.

if you still have no luck then please let me know. If you could provide as much info as possible that would be great, such as the error message and your browser version. Our web developer is away at the moment so hang in there and I'll get her onto it as soon as she is back with us!

I'm having the same problem  

ok now I've got a profile photo but i still can't upload additional ones.
oh well :S

thats weird. well actually i was wondering what you guys ment by you cant upload the photos?
i was wondering if you cant upload them a all or if it says photo being approved.
my photos actually did take a while to get approved.. hmm i dont know how the filter works so.. eh

yep, all photos need approval so don't panic when they don't appear instantly. If you have anymore trouble shooting problems with the site then please email us and let us know. if you can provide the following info that will help us fix it asap:

1. the browser you are using (eg: internet explorer, safari, etc)

2. the version of the browser

3. the exact wording of the error message

4. the day and time that the error occurred

the photo was 347KB and a JPEG image

i cant post photos additional to my display pic. my file is JPEG and compressed to 197 KB.



maybe it wnt accept cos i look too ugly in my photo ;P haha
