btw i need advice, i love my makeup and hair products, but whats a good way to switch to vegan ones...i just find it so convenient to use the easiest to get! i wanna go full vegan
not sure.

even if i'm not the most 'manly' guy, i'm manly enough to not know a thing about makeup haha. but i think there may be a 'cruelty-free' makeup/hair product list lying around the internet somewhere.
ooohhh thanx
You could always try Lush, they're all about fair trade, vegan products, although some of there products are a tad expensive, they smell REALLY good, made in Australia, and they support campaigns about animal cruelty.

There are a few out there, they're just not obvious. I find leafletting i always meet vege guys. I had two vege guys tell me the other day that the AA leaflets should be printed on more environmentally friendly paper haha!..

I'd stay AWAY if i were you. Those damn shampoo bars are jam packed with SLS and i actually lost heaps of my hair at one stage, I had a receding hairline like an old man! Since then i haven't purchased anything from them, they should know better! Only some of their products are vegan anyway.

I'm allergic to SLS so I use Alchemy products: www.purist.com for my shampoo and cond.
but I still use some Lush products that don't have SLS like their moisturisers, henna and some massage bars.
SLS destroys my skin!

I have met some people who associate vegan girls with being lesbians!
crazy.

I talked to a guy at a BBQ stall once who tried to get me to eat some of his foods and I said I was vegan and he was surprised because I actually had a figure and toned shape.
I said he mustve believed a myth.

Hey, hey... I am a massive protein powder fan, because I have a few allergies and can't eat all the vegan soy products I find I really benefit from them.... It took me a while to find one I really like though, and in my opinion this is the best vegan protien powder out there... it's made from pea protien...
http://www.completehealth.com.au/Products/Phyto-Protein_~_Pea_Protein_Isolate__1.0kg.aspx (i just bought it from the health food shop)

"Phyto-Protein is extracted from Golden Peas and has the most balanced amino acid profile of any plant based protein and the highest bio-availability."

When I do a big workout at the gym I drink this and I recover quickly and feel great. My partner also takes it and he reckons it works way better than the other vegan ones (including soy) for repairing muscles... have it with rice or soy milk and some vegan chocolate powder and a banana... yumm!! Would love to hear what yours is too Matt! strong dance
