Went out for mexican last night

yeahhh... an "overpopulation" of beef, it's times like that you just want to laugh at the stupidity that even they don't realise.

tell us how the high tea goes I hope it's delish!

Im so excited, ive never been to high tea very unlike me lol. but very my proper sister lol

and i love that she did a seperate menu for me, had to pay more for a menu for one person that has no meat in it? hahaah. so stupid, cos the meat dishes on the other menu is like prucuttio, smoked salmon and all this expensive type meat.. but yet, some veggies are more expensive? hahah

I couldnt believe it- and my sister was like "they do treat animals terribly in the abbatoirs" i was like... okay, but you continue to eat it okay
her boyfriend was saying they only by from local butchers and farmers, and they do. cos they by 'good quality' .. but how do they know that the animals arnt treated badly? lol theyre being killed?  oh it's amazing. and her boyfriend was like "so why dont u eat meat?" anthony- my boyfriend was like "basically, she doesnt agree with animal cruelty"
and my sister boyriend just goes "why?"
WHAAAT? WHYYYY? ARE YOU NUTSO? HAHAHAHA.

My automatic response to this: "Humans are even more overpopulated than farmed animals. Shall we dine on our fellow man?"

Yeah i said very similar. I just said "lets start eating people then, cos we're pretty over populated dont you think"
and my sister replied and said, if there was the kind of money in killing people like animals are, she'd be okay with it..................

The only reason the population of those animals is so high is because people keep breeding them for their meat :/ So that's a pretty silly justification by your sister as to why people should eat meat.
If over population is a concern for someone then the best thing they can do it to stop eating meat, rather than eating more meat o_O

The thing is that the only reason we have overpopulated beef or whatever is because we are breeding it to eat it. So logically, if no-one ate it, there wouldn't be an overpopulation, as we wouldn't be breeding it.
