Dairy farms a littttttle bit different to beef producing operations.  Maybe you fellows could hold your next AGM out west.  We are most generous hosts and would even offer a vegan menu.  You may not think so ill of us if you spent some time with us.  Cheers

Ahhhhh you did the old 'your' instead of 'you're'.  My pet hate but I won't let that disturb me tonight.  My info comes from MLA literature but I am sure that Google would provide it too.  Cheers
You'll notice that MLA has lost all it's credibility lately... MLA is not government regulated, MLA is run by a bunch of industry fat cats that have no care for animals or workers or the environment. I have no respect for the MLA and I don't trust a word that leaves their office.

Actually I have to agree MLA are not travelling well and need a good kick up the backside but as I said if you don't accept that statistics from MLA google the question and see if you come up with some different statistics.  Good luck.  Cheers

Where did this 1% come from? Where all these other facts have come from... No where?? Because i find it hard to believe it is 1%.. Id really enjoy knowing where your facts come from happy
And your the worst. Cos you dont kill them, you get them sent to kill happy
She didn't get it from anywhere, she attempted to use the 1% figure to belittle veges/vegans.

It's actually around 5% of Australians are vegetarians and 1% are vegans... but that matters not. Gandhi once said, "Even in the minority of one, the truth is still the truth".

Look at any major injustice or discriminatory movement in human history, and you'll always find that it was the small but vocal minority telling the rest of the apathetic, ignorant masses and about the injustices and cruelties inflicted upon the victims.

If this is directed at me about the slaughterhouses, I'm trying to get into one but they won't let me near them. I do have a family member that worked in one about a year ago though, he was traumatised by the kill floor and made three weeks processing the carcasses before he decided he couldn't handle it and quit. And his family raises their own cattle to eat, he has shot cattle before it became their dinner so it's not like he's attached to the animals either. You should read a book called "slaughterhouse" by Gail A Eisnitz. It's has accounts of slaughterhouse workers and talks about the impacts of the meat packing industry.

And where were you Follz, when the droughts raged and the kangaroos were bogging up to their eyeballs in drying creeks etc.  Sitting in your ivory tower whilst we evil beef producers put the poor bloody macropods out of their misery.  You make me spew with your self righteous rot.

Nature is cruel, humans don't have to be.

So are you in favour of the family farm or not.  Would you like to see us all self sufficient. If that is the case then you had better buy up your little hobby farm and start eating only what you produce.  Again good luck.  Cheers
