So true haha.
What are peoples opinions on this? How do humans test possible remedies for diseases? Do we test on humans? The results would be more accurate. What is the solution? Say your partner, mother, father had something that could have been cured had their been some prior testing.
So freaking sad. The article doesn't even do the dis justice of these poor creatures any justice. It's just thrown in there "the chimps were given hiv and hepatitis" ... There was no more said about it, oh, its only hiv.. no biggie..
Ok I have a question. These chimps have aids and other incurable diseases yes? While I am greatful that they are out and finally able to live their own lives, are they going to be released into the wild where they can then affect other chimps. These diseases are pretty nasty and these poor chimps are still in a losing battle since they still have them. Is anything being done to make sure we don't wipe out half a species?
