i went to see him live in adelaide tonight, and whilst he does kill animals on his show, he says he mainly eats a vegan diet when not working.
bear is one of my favourite celebritys, and i think it's really good
it shows that a vegan diet is healthy

i think in society you have a choice of what you eat, but in a survival situation it is totally different.

Lmfao because, yeah, as long as he doesn't eat animals when he's not working totally makes him vegan *rolls eyes*

He lives a vegan diet when he isn't doing his show. Which is much better than being an omnivore flat out!

I agree. Animals (both human and nonhuman) will do strange/unusual things when their life depends on it.

At least he's not a full-time omnivore.
It's really good he makes a point of being vegan for his health when not working. Any big fans of his would be interested by that.
He's much better than those celebrities that blame veganism for bad health.
(and he's very attractive) wink

Im a fan too.. Great man - motivated, they showed him on the news talking about his faith in God and how it helps him with the survvial stuff - so cool!

I always do feel a bit weird the way he kills the animals but i spose it is survival..

not that i would do it to surivvie but anywho....

He's not in an actual survival situation. He doesn't NEED to bite the head off that live tree frog to survive. It's all for the show.
