Just go "eeeeooorrrggg..... *gag gag* "whhhyyy oh why did I eat the placenta" then start convulsing...

then they will be all 'touche oH HOHO HOOHOHOOH'.. then the next person will come in like they'd missed something, because you'd be polite and stop for the next person entering the atmosphere of lolzies.
