In all the interactions that the Vegan Era CREW have, we have noticed that there have been numerous occasions where the word Veganism has caused some conflict.
We have always treated what we do and the world with Love, Peace and Compassions. Though at times, things can make us a little angry seeing what the world is doing to our beautiful animal friends. Our hearts are so full of love, that sometimes when we speak it comes out a little forceful.
Just wanted to see what your thoughts are and how you deal with all the love that we have in our hearts.

I used to get angry about what happens to animals. But the longer I've been advocating for animals the less angry I think I've become.

I don't think I've ever found anger to be a very helpful emotion in speaking up for animals. As you suggest, oftentimes it seems to just get in the way of being able to connect with people.

I think that as animal advocates, we owe it to the animals to be as effective as possible -- and one thing that can make us significantly more effective is being able to empathise with others who don't see our point of view. If we can empathise with someone hasn't made the same choices we have, then we can understand what might be holding them back from taking steps to help animals and we can make a genuine connection with them to help bridge the gap of understanding.

Since veg*ns have enough empathy to imagine themselves in the hooves of animals and so decide not to harm them, it shouldn't be beyond animal advocates to empathise with other people who don't share the same point of view. I appreciate it's not always easy, but I think few things can make us better advocates than being able to understand why someone doesn't 'get it' and being able to make a genuine connection with them.

Yeah, that is right we are the same.
We much prefer to spread the message using Love and Peace. We always walk away from conflict - it is totally not in our nature.
