. I love cooking. but i am also lazy ...i dont spend long in the kitchen (unless im making a vegan cheesecake)
* My fave things are like Couscous OR rice cooked in coconut milk & parsley and that can be served with anything like a salad.
Ummm...with salads i make them with baby spinach or mixed lettuces , cherry tomatos and chopped mushies, capsicum, olives etc. and throw through some Tempeh (soy product found near tofu) and Mustard or balsamic dressing on the salad is best!
Or you could do a pasta salad like with the grated carrot and mayo (alot are actually egg free).
Or if you wanted to - make a shepherds pie, lasagna or 'meat'balls. With vegie mince (i use sanitarium)
I made delicious nutmeat patties the other day - my sis loved them! Recipe on the side of the Sanitarium 'nutmeat' can.
And use Hoyts chilli flakes in everything like i do....or chilli & lime dressing. Or blend some chillis & tomato to make a chilli sauce...lol
