Despite that the Exhibited Animals Protection Act states that loud noises should be avoided and that "unacceptable practices include carrying or leading non-tame animals through crowds at venues such as sports events and shopping centres," this display of entertainment was approved as Ian Malouf celebrated the opening of an unwanted mega dump of toxic waste.
