Rehydrate some dried goji berries (just let them sit in water for an hour), then throw the berries and water in with one banana, some frozen mixed berries and some flaxseeds. yum!

I'm quite boring, I go for the good old banana smoothies. happy

If you want variation maybe you could look up Boost Juice and other smoothie bar menus and make a twist on some of their yummier sounding ones.

Fruit smoothie: 1 banana, 1 mango and a whole lot of ice. I love this combination, even the dogs like it on a hot day dog

Green smoothie: Spinach, avocado, banana, agave nectar, and some water and ice to thin it down.

Choc-banana-strawberry: 1 banana, a few strawberries, soy milk (or any dairy free milk), 2 scoops of soy ice cream and some cottees thick and rich flavouring.

Lemon crush (An imitation of one of the crushes from Boost): A few scoops of lemon sorbet, juice of one lemon, juice of one orange and  lots of ice!!!

Really with smoothies the options are endless happy I generally just use whatever fruit/veg I have on hand.

I usually combine every type of fruit we have in the house, add a whole lot of whatever sorbet we have and a little soy milk... and it turns out great!

plunged coffee (cold) blended with almond milk (almond or vanilla icecream if you have it too), cacao powder and a few hazlenuts is lovely.

I also make mixed berry + organic apple juice

Or Banana + soy milk + coconut icecream and agave nectar is delish!

Hey there!
Well, here are some vegan smoothie options to mix or match.
Milks: Almond milk, rice milk, soy milk and oat milk
Fruits: Banana, mixed berries, mango and pineapple
Yogurts: Soy yogurt
Sweeteners: Honey, maple syrup and sugar
Protein: Almonds, wheat germ and LSA
Hope this helps.
I'd love to chat to anyone!

are there actually any soy yoghurt that don't have milk solids in them?
