I am looking for a CCF approved eyeshadow palette that has lots of bright colours.
I don't want to be buying individual colours. The more colours of the spectrum on it, the better.
I found these, they look bright and I know FOC don't test on animals. The second palette is the most colourful, the one with all the golds is quite pretty, too.

Yeah, I have seen these before. Not entirely what I am looking for. The consistence of these is like cream. I am looking for powdered ones, hard set.
Urban Decay have a specific palette that's Vegan, I can't remember what the colours are though. They have heaps of palette's, I'm sure there's more than one that's vegan. Or you could hit up Inglot and make your own palette.
A cheaper option would be a Coastal Scents palette. http://www.coastalscents.com/makeup/palettes/eye-palettes.html. You can buy the same palettes from crushcosmetics.com.au (the palettes are just made by some other company and then brands put their names on it.) I don't own any but I've seen them all over YouTube and they seem to have pretty good pigmentation.
It's a palette of 5 bright colours which are vegan & cruelty-free (as stated on their website). I don't know how good the quality is as this is their first e/s palette. I do however have all of their lipsticks & carousel lip glosses, eyeshadow primer (before I went vegie) & magic dust (loose eyeshadow powder) - I got all of these before I went vegie. Some of their products are vegan & some aren't - hopefully they give ingredients on each individual product colour. LC has said they're trying to replace beeswax with something else, I just don't know whether this has occurred yet.
I find them to be of a very high quality - (speaking as an ex-makeup artist). The pigment is very dense so I don't tend to use much. They do post to Australia as that's how I've purchased my products & I generally only have to wait 1.5-2weks to recieve my orders.
It's worth checking them out if you want a bright e/s pallette.

Also from CrushCosmetics, I'd also want to point out Wet 'n Wild palettes which are a little cheaper but also have very good pigmentation payoff and are CCF!
