I think your not alone on this one as the psychology of it plays a large part, changing a habit is always a challenge. I always use a technique where I just visualize an animal being slaughtered and that's enough to put me off, just the sight of meat makes me angry. With having worked in the industry of counseling, I can strongly recommend working on the eating disorder side of things as the compulsive binges can be so strong that that content consumed isn't as important as when the food is eaten. Restoring your health will help you with bulimia and it's not easy and I wish you all the best. Oh and when u get a meat binge have some mo k meat handy!
