Hey beautiful people,

The Vegan Era CREW have put together a new video section with all their adventures in spreading the Loving, Compassionate Vegan message to the world.

Co-Founder David Rafter, has opened up a diary detailing how his mother is adopting the amazing Vegan diet in combating diabete's.

If anyone knows some one or is going through something similar, check it out - it might be of interest. There is more video's to come, so stay tuned.
Oh, and if anyone has anything they would like to share with David that might help his mother, please share. They are always looking for new things to help Veganize her world.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes at the age of 25. Now that I am vegan I no longer take tablets and my cholesterol numbers have come down. I would encourage diabetics to become vegans because it has done wonders for my wellbeing.

oh woaw, thank you so much for sharing.
I will have to let her know your amazing story. She loves hearing news like this.
I will have to do another update, but she is up and about out of bed and her levels have halved, in a week after being Vegan. She always calls me and tells me what her blood sugar levels are with so much excitement in her voice. It is so beautiful to hear.

Is there anything in particular that you stay away from? We are keeping her away from sugar and fat. But did you find any fruits in particular were worse than others?
She loves fruit, but for the time being we are keeping her away from most of them.
