I'm homeless and have pets. A puppy and a cat who are, luckily, both perfectly healthy. I had them before I lost my home and I will have them when I find one. They are fed before I am and any money I have goes toward them before me. My cat was a runt and struggles with people, she becomes fearful and aggressive when I'm not with her. My puppy was beaten and abused and is terrified of everyone but me. I truly believe that they are better off with me then they would be if they were rehomed. I have my pets because I love them and they make me feel safer and happier then I would be alone. They're my angels and I would do anything for them.
