I've been following this case for some time as I'm sure most of you have been too, thank goodness the judge has common sense. After 4 deaths surely this case ruling is obvious! Very interesting facts brought to light by PETA in this article though. I had no idea that there was not a single person trained in animal behavior at SeaWorld. I always just assumed those people were getting paid off, not that there weren't any!
SeaWorld's defence pretty much states: "It's your own fault if you're killed on the job if you're dumb enough to get in the water and boss around an aggressive, locked up Orca. Even thought we pay you to..."
