I've been following this case for some time as I'm sure most of you have been too, thank goodness the judge has common sense. After 4 deaths surely this case ruling is obvious! Very interesting facts brought to light by PETA in this article though. I had no idea that there was not a single person trained in animal behavior at SeaWorld. I always just assumed those people were getting paid off, not that there weren't any!
