Such a horrific incident and terribly distressing truck accident involving 400 sheep!!
It's terrible to think that sheep are transported this way and so sad that we only think of this when seeing an incident like this!! Australia really needs to stop the transportation of sheep in this manor before more innocent lives are loss for no reason at all!!
I heard about that on the news! So tragic seeing all of the dead bodies just lying on the road. Though for some, it might not have been as bad a fate as what they faced at the slaughterhouse.

Fair point.
What I am thinking is how many people felt sorry for the "oh poor sheep" and then for dinner that night had a Lamb Stew?
I was getting pretty upset when I first heard about this incident. Everyone was saying "thank god nobody got hurt". Well someone did get hurt, the blood Sheep!
Anyways, I eventually saw a news broadcast and the bloke reading the news was like "thank god nobody was hurt" and the woman newsreader said "and you can imagine how terrified those poor sheep would have been".
I couldn't help but think that kind of thought is so rare, I wonder if shes a member of unleashed.
I remember witnessing a kangaroo getting hit by a 4WD. It was one of saddest things i have ever watched, he was in such pain and the emotion on its face still haunts me to this day. So i can imagine how terribly scared they would of been. What the heck is wrong with just eating vegetables- its not going to kill you or others!!!
As i live in a farming community i see sheep being trucked off all the time. Seeing how upset and terrified they look being squished in so tight must be so scary without something like this happening. Poor babies! I went out and spent some time with my sheep today. They make the most amazing pets…they all have such different personalities and I love them so much!
