sorry i didn't know what mod did account stuff so i started a thread
on Thursday i wiped my computer. I went on unleashed and forgot my password for my account ( frenzal bop ) I did the password email reactivation and waited so far it has been 4 days and still no return email. I was hoping one of the mods could change the password manually and then pm me on this account with the password and then i will change it myself from there. I rely want my frenzal bop account back.

I'm sorry you can't get in Bop, but I had to have a little giggle about this because it's SO something that would happen to only you or me! Hope you get it sorted soon!
Hey 'bop! We can't "retrieve" your password unfortunately (they're all encrypted), but we can re-set it for you. The password reset email should be instant. If you don't receive it quickly then you can assume something went wrong
I've just reset your pwd again, and it should have sent the new password to your registered e-mail address. If you don't see it:
1. Check your "junk" folder -- the password reset email might have accidentally been identified as spam.
2. If that doesn't work, PM me your details including your email (and an alternate email we can try) to get you back on track.
also where are the mods? i havent got a response yet.
