an·i·mal/ˈanəməl/
Noun:
A living organism that feeds on organic matter, typically having specialized sense organs and nervous system and able to respond rapidly...
Welp... that's humans out of the picture... we aren't a living organism, nor do we feed on organic matter, nor do we have specialized senses, organs or nervous systems... and our brains do not respond very rapidly ...

(more rapid than thought! ~O~)
So if this statement is true, the term doesn't really exist if nothing has a thing to device what that thing is. So I guess we don't have the thing which nothing has.
As soon as there is a definition for such a thing, someone can make this statement, but considering they can't even use a word which is their biased intention to begin with... then what are they really saying... who the f**k knows? ESP knows? Common sense is knowing correction process? Like if someone said what they ACTUALLY meant... you'd look at them like 'wtf you saying' but if they say something which in every way does not communicate what they are actually intending to say... it is like the most potent pin to precisely knowing?
How can someone learn English by studying it I do not know.
About the same extent I don't know how someone can make this statement.
