I've seen that. It was good, but the "based on a true story" thing is very misleading.
It's actually a combination of three stories, one of which is completely fiction, from what I remember. I heard they are making a sequel. Hope they don't ruin it.
Actually the director wen was little had knick knockers come 2 his house 1 night wen he was a kid on his own. Every house which didnt reply to the knick knockes was robbed and any1 in there killed.

I had read it awhile ago, but it is based on atleast two stories. Geez that would be scary though.
