I know this is an old thread but I have found a high end boutique company that is run by a cruelty free advocate who has registered with PETA. He used to be a manager at Jo Malone. Shay and Blue are based in London and sell thru David Jones and an online au perfume website. Over the past 2 years I have communicated with Dom directly as he will answer questions personally thru fb and his website. I use Atropa Belladona. Lasts all day. Definitely high end quality. I hope this info is of help. I almost gave up using perfume as most are owned by multinationals where you don’t always get honest answers to your questions.
